7 Deadly Sins Musicians Are Committing on Facebook & Twitter « DIY Musician Blog DIY Musician Blog. Some great ideas for all artistes concerned with Social Media (which means all of you unless you are lucky enough to have someone to do it for you) on this blog.
Having killed myself creatively last week I spent some quality times with friends this weekend and am now struggling back into the creative zone. I find if I do something creative each day there is not this uphill battle to start again 😉 So Monday evening I am determined to write 2000 words tonight on my novel. I hit the 50K Nanowrimo target Friday (so 50k words in the 30 days of November) but the novel itself isn’t finished and if I drop the ball now it will NEVER be finished.
I also went bouldering yesterday, it is basically indoor rock climbing. I have serious long term issues with my neck but the vertical stuff was all based on legs, such a great workout. Plus everyone there looked super cool and lean, a bit like action heroes climbing walls like iguanas! I did spend a lot of time ‘resting’ watching but now I want to look like Spiderwoman too!!
