I just love it when I find multi talented creatives and this is great – he was a beautiful painter of flowers and an influential blues musician at the same time. Lovely to see an artist not choosing just one art-form to specialise in.

I am exhausted after my second day of a highly emotional acting class, it is definitely not therapy but so much rage, passion, fear being let loose in the room.. its wonderful but I have just collapsed home and ate biscuits 😉 We all need a time to rest. The teacher Niki Flax has a favourite saying ‘F*** guilt’ I pass it on to you whilst thoroughly chasing down the biscuits with a Snickers 😉
