This is a wonderful way to greet a Sunday morning – 10 minutes of gratitude and wisdom, definitely worth watching .. and watching every day to remind ourselves of the preciousness of each day and to appreciate each moment of today. It is Remembrance Sunday today and so this uplifting Ted talk/video reminds us of the value of each day of our lives when we all, no matter where you live in the world, have had family members lost in the past to war and horrors. Have a beautiful happy day of gratitude.
Last night (Saturday) – Day 9 NaNoWriMo– Written 2944 words tonight and total now is 16819 words. I didn’t write anything on Day 8, I was feeling very lazy today but knew if also missed todays 1678 words as well that I w9uld have to write over 5000 tomorow. So pleased I found the energy whilst lying on the couch to do it. The greatest joy of saying ‘I will do this task and reach my goals’ every day, is when we fight against our own bad habits and win against ourselves!
